1. How long does it take to process my order?
Our team prepares all orders within 1–2 business days.
If an item requires additional inspection or packaging, processing may extend to 3 business days.

3. Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes! Once your order is shipped, you will automatically receive an email with a tracking link.
If you cannot find the email, please check your spam folder or contact us.
4. I need to modify or cancel my order. What should I do?
We can modify or cancel an order within 12 hours of purchase.
After your order enters the fulfillment stage, we’re no longer able to make changes.
5. Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
We can assist with address changes before the order is shipped.
If the package is already in transit, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.
6. My tracking status hasn’t updated for several days.
It is normal for tracking to remain unchanged for 2–5 business days, especially during carrier transitions.
If there is no update after 7 days, please reach out to us with your order number.
7. My package is delayed or hasn’t arrived.
If your package is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, we will help contact the carrier.
Packages not delivered within 25 business days qualify for a free reshipment or refund.
8. What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the day you receive your order.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

Please send us clear photos and your order number within 48 hours of delivery.
We will arrange a replacement or refund immediately.
10. My package shows “delivered” but I didn’t receive anything.
